Plumbing

Minor plumbing repairs

Faucets, toilets, disposals and fixture swaps — the small plumbing jobs that do not need a full repipe.

We handle the plumbing tasks that sit between a handyman and a full plumbing contractor: replacing a faucet or a toilet, swapping a garbage disposal, fixing a running toilet, replacing a supply line or a shut-off valve, and installing a new vanity top with the sink and drain connected.

We do not do gas work, sewer line replacement or major repipes — those go to a licensed plumber, and we will tell you so rather than experimenting in your wall. For the jobs we do take, we shut off and test properly and clean up any water before we leave.

If a small leak has been running for a while, the repair often includes some carpentry: a soft cabinet floor, a stained ceiling patch, or rot at a toilet flange. We handle that side too, so you are not left with a fixed pipe and a hole.

Frequently asked questions

Do you do major plumbing?

No. Repipes, sewer lines, gas and water heater replacement go to a licensed plumbing contractor. We handle fixtures and minor repairs.

Can you fix a leaking pipe in the wall?

We can open and repair the carpentry around it, but the pipe itself should be repaired by a plumber. We will coordinate so it is done once.

Do you charge a trip fee?

No separate trip fee inside our service area; the estimate is free and the work is quoted before we start.
