Interior repaint
Interior remodel work: patching, trim, paint and finish carpentry after the rough work was done.
From a vanity and tile refresh to a full gut remodel — one crew, one foreman, and a scope that does not grow quietly.
A bathroom is the smallest room in the house and the one where mistakes cost the most. Waterproofing done wrong does not show up for a year, and then it shows up as a soft spot in the hallway floor. That is why we treat the parts you will never see — the pan, the membrane, the slope, the ventilation — as the actual job, and the tile as the finish on top of it.
Most of the bathrooms we remodel in Everett and Lynnwood are 1960s to 1980s builds with a cast-iron tub, a small window, and a fan that vents into the attic instead of outside. We replace the fan with a properly ducted one, fix the inevitable rot around the tub, and rebuild from the studs where it is needed. If the layout works, we keep it and save you the plumbing cost. If it does not, we will tell you what moving a drain really adds.
We handle tile, vanities, fixtures, lighting, paint and trim, and we coordinate the plumber and electrician where a permit requires a licensed trade. You get one point of contact and a schedule in writing.
Photographs of completed bathrooms are available on request — most of our bathroom clients ask us not to publish their interiors.
Demo to finish: framing repair, waterproofing, tile, vanity, fixtures, paint and trim.
Schluter or cement-board systems, correct slope, niches and glass panels.
Stock or semi-custom vanities, quartz or quartzite tops, undermount sinks.
Subfloor and framing repair around tubs and showers, plus proper exhaust ducting.
Vanity lights, exhaust fans and GFCI outlets coordinated with a licensed electrician.
Moisture-rated paint, sealed grout, and trim that survives a steamy room.
These are ballpark ranges for the Everett area, not a quote. Every project gets a written, itemized estimate after a free walkthrough — the number you see there is the number you pay unless the scope changes.
| Cosmetic refresh (vanity, paint, fixtures) | $4,000 – $9,000 |
| Full bathroom remodel, 5×8 ft | $16,000 – $30,000 |
| Tile shower replacement | $6,500 – $14,000 |
| Tub-to-shower conversion | $8,000 – $16,000 |
| Accessibility updates | $3,000 – $12,000 |
Typically three to five weeks for a full gut remodel, depending on tile and fixture lead times. A cosmetic refresh is usually one week.
Yes for most work that involves plumbing, electrical or structural changes. Cosmetic updates like paint and a vanity swap usually do not. We pull the permit and meet the inspector.
Yes. Most clients do. We keep dust contained with plastic and a zip wall, protect the path to the other bathroom, and clean at the end of each day.
A bonded waterproof membrane over cement board or a foam board system, with seams and corners sealed and the pan sloped to the drain. It is the difference between a shower that lasts twenty years and one that leaks in three.
We can, but it is the most expensive change per foot. If the existing drain and supply positions work with your layout, keeping them saves several thousand dollars.
